DEPARTMENT'S MISSION
The goal of the Civilian Operations is to create unique scenarios and characters that walk the line between day to day activities and spontaneous interaction with each other and the community’s emergency services. Whether you want to roleplay a life like character with a job and daily hobbies, or set up scenarios to get others involved, the choice is yours.

EXPECTATIONS OF CIVILIANS
In order to join the Department we require you to follow all community Rules and Regulations, GSRP Zero Tolerance Policy, and Civilian Standard Operating Procedures.
RANK STRUCTURE WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT
Director
As Director of the Civilian Operations in GSRP, you are tasked with the management and coordination of the department itself. This includes the making and management of documents, rosters, applications, and other things that keep the department moving forward and operations running smoothly.
Governor
The Civilian Governor is a new role created in GSRP, and will enhance the roleplay both in and out of game. As Governor, it is your job to set the tone of the civilian operations and keep tabs on how things are being handled in game in relation to the civilians. In addition, it is also your responsibility to ensure that civilians are keeping the roleplay up to the communities standards.
Civilian Staff
Civilian Staff will be asked to assist the Civilian Director and Governors in their day to day duties, and help moderate the activity of all Civilians while in patrols and additionally just helping out around the community when needed. Conducting interviews, looking at applications, and staying active around GSRP.
Senior Civilian
Senior Civilian is a role used to recognize some of our more active and dated Civilians. The only specific for criteria here is just being active in patrols, getting good commendations, and showing leadership both in the Civilian Department and the community as a whole.
